Genève Volley
Geneva Volley entrusted me twice with the task of creating an illustration for their season and summer camp t-shirts.
For the 2023 t-shirt, I came up with the idea of playing with a central element, the volleyball, which divides the illustration into two parts, allowing exploration of both the front and back of the t-shirt, each representing one side of the volleyball court.
Around this volleyball, emblematic symbols of Geneva intertwine, such as the Jet d'Eau, the Mont Blanc Bridge, and a sailboat representing Lake Geneva.
On the front of the t-shirt, a volleyball player wearing the number 23 in reference to the year 2023. On the other side of the t-shirt, a net is depicted, with hands evoking an opponent.
Date 2024
Geneva Volley has entrusted me, for the second time, with the creation of the t-shirt for the 2024 summer camp for the women’s team. The idea was to maintain the same artistic direction as the previous year, using the same color palette. However, this year, the design represents the two camp locations: Hauteville-Lompnès and Geneva.
I therefore chose to use the Pont Butin as the central element, symbolizing both the separation between the two cities and the volleyball net. On one side, a player representing Geneva, surrounded by iconic buildings of the city; on the other, a player representing Hauteville-Lompnès, with the Charabotte waterfall in the background.
